St Frideswide Bee Friendly Day

A free family friendly day with lots of fun activities through which to explore the serious message about the environmental threats to bees and other pollinators and what we can do to help make a difference. With materials on hand so that you can build your own Air B&Bee!

Dr Tonya Lander and her team from Plant Sciences at the University of Oxford is joining us, with information on her Oxford Plan Bee project oxfordplanbee.web.ox.ac.uk and offering you the chance to take part in the Citizen ScienceĀ  part of her research.

Plus there will be delicious homemade cakes and afternoon teas will be served all afternoon.

And the opportunity to win prizes in our children’s art competition. Please visit www.osneybenefice.org.uk for an entry form

We look forward to seeing you on 15th!
