Oxford Green Week is a summer festival which uses culture, creativity and community to inspire local people to take action against climate change in and around Oxford.
It’s a celebration of all things good and green in our city and aims to show local people how they can save money, get fit and be happy whilst being kind to the environment.
Our 2019 theme was One Planet Living. Click here to find out more.
Oxford Green Week 2019 also happened at the same time as Oxford Bike Week.
Thank you to the wonderful team who dedicate so much time and effort to put Oxford Green Week together!
Oxford Green Week is coordinated by Oxford City Council in partnership with Community Action Groups Oxfordshire (CAG), Good Food Oxford, BBOWT, Oxford Brookes University, University of Oxford, Environmental Change Institute, Lady Margaret Hall and Bioregional.

The festival is core funded by Oxford City Council with additional support from Oxford Strategic Partnership, the Environmental Change Institute, Westgate ARISE and the Arts Council England, along with a massive amount of in kind support from all of our partners.
Oxford Green Week is a major annual event and we are already keen to hear from businesses who are interested in sponsoring or supporting Oxford Green Week in 2019. Speak to Mairi Brookes about what sponsorship of Oxford’s biggest environmental festival could do for you!
