Health Walk – Countryside n Cobbles
Gentle walk for anyone new or returning to exercise.
Great way to meet new people, get some fresh air and stretch the legs!
Walks are led by volunteers and are normally between 1 – 3 miles / 30 – 60 minutes but taken at a pace to suit all.
