This Oxford Green Week event has already happened. We look forward to seeing you in Oxford Green Week 2018.

Family Garden Art & Games!

Join us for an afternoon of family-friendly fun at OxGrow Community Garden from 1-4pm! There’ll be a treasure hunt, seed-planting, plant-pot painting and compost games! Next to the garden is Hogacre Community Café, serving delicious vegetarian snacks, mains, cakes, teas and coffees from 12-4pm. In case of bad weather, we will do arts & crafts inside. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

About us

OxGrow is a community organisation dedicated to increasing local knowledge about food-growing and the natural environment. Since January 2011 we have been transforming two unloved tennis courts right in the heart of Oxford into a thriving food garden. It’s an exciting, creative edible laboratory where we’re experimenting with organic, climate-friendly growing techniques, and harnessing local knowledge to dabble with produce you’ll never find in the shops.

Weekly Work Parties

We meet every Sunday from 1-4pm to garden together. No experience necessary and all ages are welcome. Drop by anytime!
